Mr. Koenig received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Jefferson College, Washington, PA in 1979 and a Juris Doctor in 1988 from Stetson University, St. Petersburg.

Memberships & Accreditations

Mr. Koenig has been admitted to practice by The Florida Bar and the United States District Court (Middle District of Florida).

A former Infantry Captain in the United States Army, Mr. Koenig is a member of The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Criminal Defense Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association (Workers' Compensation Section), as well as a former member of The Academy of Florida Civil Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Koenig has lectured several Workers' Compensation seminars as an accredited speaker for continuing education credits, and has been published in the Hillsborough County Bar Association 'Lawyer' Magazine. Mr. Koenig has also worked in the Appellate Division of the Worker's Compensation system and authored various briefs submitted to the First District Court of Appeal.
