Steven earned a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University in 1993 and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 1996. His academic background in labor and employment law laid the foundation for a practice that has consistently focused on the intersection of workplace rights, disability benefits, and workers' compensation.
