Workers Compensation Legal Assistant

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in Workers’ Compensation is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and other meetings.
- Proficiency drafting and responding to discovery
- Proficiency with e-filing through courts
- Possess the ability to multitask
- Ability to prepare for court hearings, mediation and trial
Job Type: Full-time 40 hours/week, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
